Eleni Bougiouri
I am a lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association, based professionally in Mykonos, with a primary specialization in real estate law. I provide legal services to both Greek and foreign clients in connection with property acquisitions, leases, and other real estate transactions, in both residential and commercial contexts. I handle all aspects of legal due diligence, cadastral registration issues, and unauthorized constructions, and I have significant experience in resolving disputes related to co-ownership and lease agreements.
I have expertise in matters of succession law and estate management, with a focus on representing co-owners and heirs, either in negotiation settings or before the courts. I support the out-of-court resolution of disputes through well-founded legal guidance and targeted negotiations, and when necessary, I represent clients in litigation for the resolution of conflicts.
In parallel, I am active in the field of corporate law, advising companies, organizations, and foundations on matters concerning corporate structures, the powers and operation of Boards of Directors, and regulatory compliance. I have handled cases involving the incorporation, transformation, merger, and dissolution of companies.
Finally, I have specialized knowledge of aviation law, particularly in relation to the regulation of airline operations under Greek and EU law. My involvement in aviation matters is primarily cross-border, and I have represented clients before Greek Courts of First Instance in related disputes.
